Error Creating Place in Roleplay?

Hey there. Everytime I try to add a place in my roleplay, I get this error.

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Unknown column 'name' in 'field list' [1054]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

I have emailed the address on the page, and have received no reply. I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have tried different names. Can I get rid of this error? And how?
